By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
I, as the artist, maintain the right to...
post my works in any form.
post commissions and commission samples to social media for self-advertising.
accept and turn down any commission.
refuse to work on a commission until at least 50% of the total payment for it has been received.

are entitled to updates, regular or otherwise, regarding the progress of your commission.
may NOT reprint your commission for profit.
may print your commission for personal use.
may edit, crop, and resize artworks I create for you.
may post the artwork to your own websites/social media for personal use.
shall ALWAYS give credit and link back to me whenever the artwork is used in any way.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Available Payment Options are ONLY the following: Paypal, Ko-fi, GCash (Philippines Only), and Bank-to-Bank Transaction (Philippines Only)
Commissions only begin once at least 50% of the total payment has been received by the artist.
I allow refunds as long as I have not begun any work on your commission.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do you use to draw?
I generally use Procreate to compose, finalize, and edit artworks in general- commissioned or otherwise.
Do you accept Art Trades/Requests?
I only do art trades and requests with close friends and close mutuals. (That being said, I would like to point out that befriending people purely to get free art from artists is rude and ill-mannered and I will not be tolerating this kind of behavior).
I DO NOT accept art trades or requests from strangers.
Can I use/post/repost your art?
For Commissioned Art: Only the client/commissioner has permission to use and post the artwork. You have to ask the commissioner for permission in this case.
For NONCommissioned Art: Generally, I do not allow this. However, I am free to make exceptions. Please ask me personally and state the reason for your use. If I say yes, I require you to credit or link back to me wherever you use it.
For Personal Art: This is a STRICT NO. I do not allow any reposting of my personal art and OCs. These artworks may never be used by others unless I have explicitly stated so.
